Welcome to Adicio Express SmarterMail By now you would have received your email account which has the form :   yourname@domainname and a password, ******.   There are 2 ways to access your emails : via Internet Browser access ( Web Mail ) or downloading it to your PC using Microsoft Outlook. To begin, we’ll look at the Web Mail access.     Accessing your email on the Web ·         On the Browser address window, type : http://pop.domainame ·         This will bring you to the log-in screen. Key in your email address as well as your password. ·         User name : myname@ domainame ·         If your password strength does not meet the requirement, you’ll be taken directly to the settings page to change password.     Administering your email account ·            Select My Settings > Mailbox to administer your User email account ·            You may change your password for the email account by typing it in the appropriate boxes.   Forwarding Rules ( excluding yahoo email accounts )   ·         Sometimes you may want an assistant to receive a copy of your email. However, do not that some free email service providers may mistaken this for spam and blacklist your domain. ·         Forwarding Address    anotheremail@gmail.com Forwarding Exclusions    Do not forward Spam Level HIHI   Using Webmail ·         Select Email > Inbox to read email ·         New Message to compose and send ·         Remember to delete messages from the Sent folder frequently Email that has been downloaded to the PC will be deleted as well     My Today Page You can monitor and administer your mail box here   ·         Space Quota and currently utilized space ·         Tasks, calendar and junk mail folder content       Creating an Auto Reply message   ·         Select Auto Responder and then type the auto reply message ·         Select Respond Once and the duration of the auto response validity.
